We’re hiring a Festival Coordinator!
Are you interested in event planning? Do you have an appreciation for Celtic culture? Be a part of one of Fredericton’s longest and most popular festivals.
The New Brunswick Highland Games Festival is a volunteer-driven festival that has been held since 1981 and its purpose is to promote and celebrate Scottish and Celtic culture. Our Festival attracts visitors from all over the world. We are currently looking for a summer student to join our dedicated team who is able to work with a committed group of volunteers in planning and executing the 40th edition of our Festival.
You must be extremely organized; have office experience; fluent with Microsoft Office; some marketing experience; able to work some evenings and weekends; an interest in Celtic culture is a major plus; and you must be able to work independently and meet deadlines and have access to a vehicle. Bilingualism is considered an asset.
