Thank You 2010 Friends!!
Once again the Friends of the Games campaign was a huge success!! Thanks to you, we have again exceeded our goal, over $10,000.00 raised for the 2010 NB Highland Games Festival !!! As a Friend of the Games, your financial support of the New Brunswick Highland Games Festival is important to the success of one of the best highland games in eastern Canada. The Friends listed and those who wish to remain anonymous confirm we are a supportive community and that we love to celebrate Scottish and celtic culture in our Picture Province.
An exciting weekend July 23 -25 2010 waits:
- Friday night Concert
- A multitude of pipers and drummers all weekend, don’t miss the solo and band competitions or massed bands Saturday and Sunday
- The ever popular Heavy Events
- Workshops in Celtic instruments, Scottish dance and genealogy
- Musical entertainment all weekend
- Family and Kids Corner with mini golf, face painting, crafts and more
- Highland Dancing
- Our first ever fiddle competition
- Avenue of the Clans
- And much, much more
YOUR continued financial support makes this festival possible, it is never too late to become a Friend of the Games please share the following information describing the different levels and benefits with YOUR family and friends.
On the Games Weekend, you are encouraged to take advantage of prime viewing to the parade square and the Heavy Events while enjoying the comfortable surroundings and refreshments of the Friends/VIP Tent. This is a special reward open only to Friends of the Games, Partners, and invited VIP guests.

With your Friends' pass you are entitled to all weekend access to the comfortable, dry and shady VIP/Friends Tent. In this very tent you face no line ups for refreshments and complimentary snacks. Your greatest reward will be to see the Games grow, however we also offer to you the following complimentary special benefits:
