Rules
All events are run according to SOBHD rules and regulations.

Fees
$4.00 per dance plus $5.00 NB ScotDance Fee
$10.00 for Duet Choreographer
$5.00 per dancer for Choreography Team
$5.00 for Solo Choreography
Entries
Must be postmarked no later than July 11th, 2008. Entries postmarked between July 12th and July 18th, 2008, will be accepted with a late fee of $10.00. Entries postmarked after July 18th, 2008, will NOT be accepted. No refunds will be given. Dancers must compete in the same categories on both days. Age will be as of July 27th, 2008.
Age categories will be determined by number of entries. Last to enter, first to dance.
Absolutely no field entries.
Judging
In accordance with SOBHD Rules; Judges decision is final. No access to Judges sheets will be allowed. In the event of a protest, a $25 nonrefundable fee must accompany a written notification within 7 days after the competition.

Other
Dancers must show SOBHD registration cards in order to compete. Dancers must fill in for reels if requested and report to the dance area when class is called or risk disqualification. . Competitors must be in uniform to receive awards. No sneakers allowed. At the discretion of the Judge and the Games Committee, the number of steps for afternoon events may be reduced due to inclement weather.

Saturday, July 26th
Primary, Beginner & Novice registration begins at 9:00 am and dancing begins at 9:30 am. Intermediate and Premier registration begins at 11:30 am and dancing begins at 12:00 pm. All groups will be split.
